I finished day 14 L2 W2 today. I took pictures at 10 days of L1. I will follow up in 2 weeks with an after. Definitely feeling some changes!

Weekends are my downfall. I recently decided to get up early on Saturdays or Sundays and clean the house really good for at least 2 hours. That burns some calories and helps lift my mood. For some reason I feel less guilty then going out. I'm going to the County Fair tomorrow. Yikes!

I just put it under circuit training and deduct 5 minutes from the workout time to make sure I am not entering too many calories.
