If you eat 1250 and work out for 1000, that's a net of 250. I think you should be eating more, especially the days you work out.

If you are going for TDEE, your body still needs to adjust out of the strict deficit you had it running at. I think you want to give it about 6 weeks (and its normal to see small gains ~5lbs) but really, you just have to give it time.

totally agree!! If only I'd kept up with it since high school, lolz. I even bought a metal pad!! ...not that it gets much use lately =(( But srsly, so awesome :D

I put a tablespoon or two of dark cocoa powder in my protein shakes - curbs the craving and I still can hit my macros. You can also try making your own chocolate flavored greek yogurt as well - tbs of cocoa powder + yogurt and maybe some stevia to taste, throw it in the freezer and bam! Froyo - protein version.
