I'm back again. I don't have a scale right now but I was sitting at around 240 last time I checked. If I could get below 200 I'd be thrilled but I should really be somewhere closer to 180 at the most.

My puppers Finn I was really good on taking him for walks but got lazy and fell out of the habit -_-". Goal: 2 15min walks each day. One before work and one in the evening. Challenges: Making excuses on why I can't walk the dog. (It's cold, I'm tired, he doesn't need to go out right now, etc)

I know that for me, I get heartburn for a couple of reasons. If I eat dairy(I'm lactose intolerant), If i'm under a lot of stress, if I eat too much in one sitting, and/or once my weight gets too high. I try to take breaks every 30 minutes, run to the bathroom, get a fresh drink, etc. It helps through the morning, but as the day goes on it doesn't make much of a difference, as soon as I sit back down and stare at my screen the gross feelings come right back. You're definitely not eating a balanced diet. You're body is not going to be happy with you if you don't make sure to get enough vitamins, protein, etc.

I've got between 80 to lose to be at the high end of a healthy weight. My only goal right now is 40ish, as that will get me below 200! Looking for friends and support!
