I am back! Faded the last week of April (my sorry excuse is work) but still loving these for core strength!

I just started the P90X3 video series, so is it okay if I log the time spent in plank position for each workout? So far:
May 1- 120 seconds (P90X3 Total Synergistics)
May 2- 60 seconds (P90X3 Agility)

I'll join - I have a 30 day plank challenge I saved to my phone and started yesterday. It told me to do one as a baseline to see how long I could do it. 30 seconds. Will update tonight.
