    I just found this thread and I want in! My core needs some serious work so here it goes!

    May 23rd: 2 min. Set the timer, did a modified plank with some dynamic movement. Had to pause twice. Looking forward to how I'll be stronger in my 59th and 60 min.!
    May 24th: forgot! yikes! Since I just found this challenge on the 23rd, my goal is to do 2 minutes every day. Since I forgot yesterday, I have to make it up today.
    May 25th: 2 minutes SO FAR. Will do 2 more minutes later.

    I do mixed planks, it generally means no more than 60 seconds in any one position. I start with forearm planks for 60 seconds, then generally do 3 more minutes without stopping by going 30 seconds on each side plank. I do 2 sets of those and the last 2 minute plank is a 30 second forearm, 30 seconds each side plank, and the last 30 seconds is a straight arm plank with 10 push ups for a total of 10 min. I find mixing the positions by changing instead of stopping or pausing helps me keep going for much longer times. Glad to have you aboard! More the merrier!

    Thank you, I was starting to realize the value of keeping the toner going whole switching. Right now all of my planks are modified and it feels like cheating but hey... It's still good for me. I've been doing planks on my forearms on a chair and also side planks on a chair with some dynamic movement. Im looking forward to having a strong enough of a core to do them without the modifications.
