If I'm doing good without wanting anything bad then i don't but if I want something bad say like a donut then I would by one and split up into calorie portions. example if the donut is 200 calories, i would split the donut into 4's and figure out how many calories are in each…

  • I'm also new. I have found that if I plan out my meals ahead of time it helps alot. and sometimes eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch or have the same thing for lunch 2-3 days in a row. So keeping things simple works well for me. good luck to all of us. :)
