Early shift here! The last two nights I finished dinner by 5:30. I like to wake up early and be in bed early so this works for me. I'll eat breakfast around 9:30-10am. When I don't IF, my snacking is out of control.

AF - 10 A - 11 Had one glass of wine while making dinner then switched to sparkling water. Ate a balanced dinner and didn't eat too much or snack. My AF weekend didn't happen and trying not to beat myself up about it. I had one glass of wine on Friday which is kind of a win because I stopped with one glass, not a bottle. AF - 9 A - 6 Some of my friends are away this weekend and I'm a little releived because there will be less tempation to go out and drink. Certain friends I feel like I have to come up with a good excuse (lie) to not meet them out. Looking forward to an AF weekend!

AF - 24 A - 3 Had wine last night (planned) for the first time since NYE. I made sure to savor every sip because it’s not going to become a regular habit again. Now that my craving has been satisfied, I’m back on track today being AF to help reach my goals. Enjoy your Sunday everyone!
