Mine would probably be using portion control, and cutting out aspartame in my coffee/diet pops (migraines gone and feeling great)

I just bought mine last night as well! I'm excited to start using it and I think it will be very benefical! I was also WAY overestimating my meat... like I was eating basically double what I was tracking!

Thanks everyone! I guess it does make sense to adjust according to my macros. Right now I have them set at 35/35/30 so I'm going to try to do approximately 4-5oz of meat which is what I've been tracking to meet them.. but apparantly I've actually been eating 6-8 so I've definitely been going over my calories! Maybe that's…

Base what your lifting on your form. You need to have proper form to work the appropriate muscles. Regarding belly fat... from personal experience my belly is always flatter when I eat clean and lower my carbs. Everyone is different though so switch up your techniques... abs are made in the kitchen for sure though.

Hey! I am about 3 weeks gluten free and I live in Halifax, NS! I have tried a couple of the gluten free beers at the liqour store and the best one I've found is Glutenberg blond! It's actually the cheapest too. 4 tall cans for $14.99 or 6 bottles for $18.99. It's quite refreshing and actually tastes like regular blond…

I've been doing gluten free for about 2 weeks now and am going for an intolerance test in May. I eat a lot of eggs, meat, cheese, salads, beans, quinoa, rice, veggies, fruit, corn pasta, rice tortillas... I really enjoy cooking so I don't buy alot of the prepackaged foods. The only real prepackaged foods I will buy are…

I find sometimes I'm the same way.. and generally it is after I've eaten carbs. I try to stick to protein and fats in the morning and I find I stay hungry longer! If I just have toast for breakfast I'm starving by 9:30... try to eat some eggs, avacado, cheese, greek yogurt! Maybe mid morning have some almonds.. Also don't…

I'm new to gluten free as well and the only kind I've tried is Udi's. I really don't mind it! I usually have it toasted though.
-
YES SO good for you! I usually eat half an avacado per day... that's about equal to the fat in a serving of potato chips.. and it's a totally different type of fat. You need fat to lose fat!

I think I'd die without cheese!!

I made the black bean brownies the other night!! They are SO delicious. I will definitely be making those again when I get sweet cravings. I also love chicken parm so I will check that out... I was wondering what I could use in replace of bread crumbs. Thank you so much!

Eat more and be patient! 2 weeks is not that long of a time. I would say definitely try to net ATLEAST 1200 calories.. Keep up the hard work and you WILL see results.

Hi Liana, Yes! I just heard this about the negative testing from a few people.. and regardless I'm still going to give up gluten for now and see if it helps with things. I'd rather not just in case. Anyways thanks for your reply and I will definitely take a look at your diary.

That sounds so delious! I'm a huge curry fan. Thank you!

That's insane I probably won't even get a test then! I won't go through 6 weeks of torture just to test positive.. if the symptoms go away then I will just believe I have it regardless.. if they don't then that can't be it.
