You will do fine. I used to take this class years ago. It is a lot of fun and time flies by. The instructor will demonstrate everything for you. I would recommend not overdoing it with the weights on the first day, if this is your first time working with weights.. Grab 3 different sizes and have fun! :)

I would say you are right on track. 1-2 lbs in 13 days is a lb a week, that is a healthy weight loss. I am starting level 3 today, and i weight exactly the same as when i started this journey however, i have seen a big loss in inches. Hope this helps, keep up the good work!!

Be patient, i did the same thing. The pictures i took at the end of level 1 looked exactly the same and my weight went up as well. I just finished level 2 last night, i weigh the exact same as when i started, however i have lost inches big time. Trust the process , hope this helps :)

I have had allergies my entire life, I used to only take medication on an as needed basis, if i was having a bad day. However, i noticed that i would develop a full on head cold frequently. I have been taking medication daily for 2 years and have not become sick! My allergies are constantly changing. When i was younger, i…

I lost 10lbs fast from October through December. I started the 30 day shred and gained a lb a week, 3lbs then this week i lost it all and an extra 1 lb overnight. However, my clothes are a lot baggier and i can tell i have leaned up a lot! Try not to focus on the weight and more on the inches. Hope this helps :)

I Started off with 5lbs and half way through level 1 moved up to 8lbs for half of the exercises. I will be completing day 3 of level 2 this evening, and i still use both 5 and 8 lbs, but mostly 8 now.

Feel Free to add me and we can motivate each other!

You listed all the Hikes I LOVE in AZ. Picacho and Peralta are by far my favorite! Hieroglyphic is beautiful!! Usery is only a few miles from me, i usually end up there (Pass Mountain Loop).

Keep at it, i promise it gets better!! Day 4 was a whole lot easier. I would say that Day 3 was my hardest. I have found that my hamstrings are extremely tight, to the point that they are sending pain from my bottom down my leg. I have started incorporating hamstring stretches into my routine. This pain makes the jumping…

I would love amazing results, however i am not expecting them :) I just finished level 1 Day 4 last night. It was by far my easiest night. I can tell already that my muscles are getting stronger. I just took pictures last night as well, I know i probably should have done it in the beginning, but i figured day 4 is better…

That is impressive, good job, i have a feeling around day 7 or 8 I may be ready to move on. I think i am going to do the full 10 days at level 1. The hardest part for me seems to be the lateral raises with side lunges. The lunges are easy, but the lateral raises are difficult. I figure when I can completely get through…

Way to go Kimmie, keep with it! After 3 days, i am already feeling better!

Hi Ladies, level 1 day 2 complete!! Amen, i totally agree with you, my quads are killing me today, I found the cardio to be easier on day two as well. MirandaK62. I log the workout in cardio as circuit training. I am not sure if that is correct or not, but that is how i do it :) For those of you who have completed this…
