I get 2 1/2 to 3 hours of sleep a night. You do need sleep to lose weight hence the fact that I have a hard time losing no matterr what I do.

I just did the first work out. I I was using muscles that I didn't think I had which is what she says she will do....I was so uncoordinated in the cardio part, but I kept moving...Let's see how tomorrow is.

I just got it in the mail yesterday, and I am going to start it on Monday. This looks intense as I watched part of the videos last night.

I weigh myself once a week. I log it in no matter what. It is your weight, and I am not going to cheat. Also I got bummed when it took the weight loss ticker down to 0 again, but that just motivates me to do better again. It is about being honest with yourself.

Even diet soda is not good for you though. be careful not to drink too much.

I would think that cold turkey is the best. Maybe you can try and have some fruit handy since it is naturally sweet you might be able to get by on that. Good luck. We are all here for you.

I actually do measure what I eat so I know I am getting the right portions, and I am trying my best to not eat sweets anymore.

I am up at night working, and I am home all day taking care of the kids. It is a rough schedule. They need to be in school at 8:10am.
