The first place that I noticed a change was in my face. I'm not losing lots of inches even though i would love too but that's y i have started increasing my protein intake.

There are some things that I haven't given up but that's in moderations such as chips (3 or 4--not bag), candy(1 piece instead of 4-5 pieces in an hr). Due to being at a stand steel with my weight. I have recently limited grains, no cheese, sweets (only from fruits or berries). :tongue:

I have just started eating pre-workout snacks. i eat hard boiled eggs, nuts, fruit, or morning star chik patties. I love them.

Aww don't be scared this is just a part of life. I celebrated the 4th on Saturday and I enjoyed it, I just substitued some things and ate smaller portions of things that I wanted to try like 1/2 rib and sugar free ice cream (both in small portions) and I drank lots of water. I agree with everyone else. You should go it's not about who's the best dancer. Just keep this thought in mind that I am getting healthy and taking care of myself. I have recently started doing the video with one of my friends. And we both love it. It's encouraging.

I agree, they are just a headache and a quick fix. Anything quick won't last. I encourage you to stay on the right track and the long wait will pay off. WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER...

If you have support that is great. You can do it. Don't get discouraged if you don't lose it fast. It's worth the wait.
