I've known people who have done really well with Weight Watchers. I've used it myself, but I like MFP for the ease of use. I like being able to scan foods and save recipes and stuff. I also feel like I keep better track with MFP than I did with WW. A lot has probably changed with WW since I used it though, so who knows.

I take it day by day. I may do bad one day, but I won't say oh, I already messed up yesterday so what does it matter if I mess up today too? Every day is a new start. And, if I know that I messed up for a reason (like, for instance, if I discover that I seem to have no control when it comes to a particular food), I'll make…

I top out at 15 girly style. I've got noodle arms for sure. But! I'm up from 8, so...progress?

This. And the doctors will also reinforce this. This surgery is tool, not an answer. I'm hesitant to give too much advice about it, because it hasn't been too long since I had it done. I can say that it's helping with portion control since it physically restricts how much you can eat, but you can stretch your stomach out…

I do recall one tip that I haven't had to use yet, thankfully. If you start getting off track with what and how you're eating, doing the protein fast again might help. Other than that, make sure you're getting enough protein and sticking with your vitamins.

I had it done in September of 2016, so it hasn't been too long for me. I'm not sure if I have any tips you wouldn't already know.

I have milestone clothing that I've either never fit in or haven't fit in in a while. Each one is it's own mini-goal. Then breaking the 200 barrier. I don't think I've been less than 200 lbs. as an adult.

I hate being fat because I can't walk into a clothing store and know that something in there is going to fit. I know I should consider health reasons and all that, but it's honestly the shopping that does it. It's why back to school shopping was always miserable for me, it's why I'd never consider shopping with my friends.

Once when I was younger, maybe 13 or so, I was going for a walk on the beach and someone drove by and yelled out "Keep walking, fat *kitten*!"

I just made a 3 egg white omelette with some dill weed, garlic salt and chopped tomato in it that I loved. I put some medium picante sauce on top too. Very good and only about 75 calories.

I've never had turkey pepperoni, but this still sounds sooo good.

In the end, I think 19% body fat is what I'm striving for. My first goal is to reach 180 lbs. though. I've always had that as a milestone number for me.

If its a planned binge, like I did over the holiday, I don't log it. If its a random day I just lose control, I'll try to log everything the best I can.
