Thank you for your reply! I just recently graduated nursing school. I know that losing weight and diet will help and I am working on that. I have lost about 24 lbs since May and I am feeling pretty good about that. Good luck in school! :)

Thanks for you suggestion! I actually do use dumbells as well as machines.

I weigh myself everyday, first thing in the morning. I also thinks it helps to see the patterns in reference to weight. I also know if I have drank enough water the day before. I figured out that if I don't drink at least 6 - 8oz cups of water a day I can way as much as three pounds more the next day!

I forgot to add in the exercises I do on my legs. I actually do some, I am not sure what those machines are called. :blushing: none machine wise I do squats . . . and of course I am blanking on the rest.

Currently my daily goal is 1790. I will see how this goes for a little bit. I have not been losing much weight at all but I can tell my body is changing a little. :smile:
