2 2/3 cup of self rising flour
12 oz can of beer (I used Mich)

Mix together in bowl, just until the flour is all wet, no need to mix it well. Put in pan and bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes.

Delicious. Also high in calories an carbs. But still delish :)

It's an awesome bread! When it comes out of the oven, we pour some melted butter on it. Not low cal but de-friggin-licous!!

3 ingredient beer rolls! Makes 12-14 rolls.

    4 cups Bisquick
    1/4 cup sugar
    12 oz beer.

    Directions:
    1. Mix all three ingredients together in a big bowl using a metal spoon. Don't over mix!
    2. Spoon dough into a greased muffin pan. If you fill more than 3/4 of the way up, your biscuits will have a muffin top.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
    4. Cool on wire rack, if you've got one.

yeah I thought of putting cheddar cheese in it! But for my first time making it, which was last night, I just wanted to make sure the bread even came out good lol
