I been trying very hard to lose weigh. so far I have only lost 1 1/2 pounds. Dont seam like my are getting losse on me. I only lost 1/2 inch of my waist. :sad:

Week 3 was ok for me. I did 15 situps, 26 pushups and 75 squats this week.

This week was not a good week. I gained 1 1/2 pounds. Hope I can lose weight this week.

I managed to do some what good. I ate 14 serving of fruits and vegatables. I only got 32 glasses of water in. Hope I do better this week.

Week 1 I burned 3156 calories doing cardio. I did not do any strenght training this week. I lost 1/2 pound and 1/4 inch of my waist. I hope I do better next week.
