I totally agree with you! Great work in your progress! I like to get a feel for what other people are experiencing too so that I can compare my own experience and see if things are "normal." lol Or if I can be doing something different.

That's a great loss! And that's what I've kind of noticed, too, is that even though the scale isn't moving as much as I'd LIKE it to, my measurements are showing me the difference, as well as my clothes, and my body in the mirror looks a little different. It even "feels" different. So, I guess whatever I'm doing is…

You'll get there! Keep up the good work hon!

You don't want to lose it TOO fast, either, because a lot of times, it's easier to put that weight back on. Slow and steady wins the course. Everytime. Keep up the great work! You're doing awesome and it shows!

OMG!!! lol... At least you looked good when they fell off! What an inspiration to the people working out!!!!!!! Hahahaha!

**thinking**

I'm thing this is how I'm REALLY going to notice the difference. In photographs.

@KateTii So, you didn't see a difference on the scale at all? Or were you just not monitoring your actual weight much?

Why am I NOT surprised that Japan is the least obese? Oh, yea, because they have a healthy diet of fish, rice, and vegetables, mostly. There's a reason why the good ol' saying is, "You are what you eat."

My belief is that everyone is different, obviously. You just have to listen to your own body and what it's telling you. So many people have so many different ways of working out. You should always keep in mind not to overdo it, give yourself a recovery day, and have fun doing your workout. It's when it's no longer…

If it were up to me, we would eat later, but the kids are always starving by the time 5:00 rolls around. So I try to hold off until like 5:30 or 6pm for them to eat dinner, but usually that's the latest. My bf doesn't usually get home until around 8pm, so I usually run him some dinner since he's only 10 min away.

Glucosamine Chondroitin definitely

I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is 150 lb. I've been down to 135/140 before, and people had told me I looked too skinny, also. (Mainly my parents... lol). But I felt awesome, was strong, and energetic. I was ok with 150, too, which is why I made that my goal. When I look back at pics of when I was 135, I can see why they said…

This EXACTLY how I am and what I do before bed. But when I get up in the morning, I'm not really hungry. I've always had the mindset from when I was little that breakfast should be the biggest meal and it's the most important meal of the day. But now that I'm much older, I find this not to be true. So frustrating with…

This is a very smart tip. My mom is diabetic. I should tell her about it too. Thanks!

"Scheduling around here is like a rubic's cube.".... haha! I love that!
-
I feel like I'm getting old! lol (Well, at least until I've had my morning coffee and breakfast... and shower...lol)
-
I cannot workout in the morning. My body is absolutely not wired to be a morning person. Lol. But I DO envy you! !!! Lol
-
I totally agree! I've always wondered this and now I have very insightful answers! Thank you!

Why do some people always bring up politics? Haven't we heard enough already?

The artificial sweetener in the soda can actually make you hungry. The carbonation is not good for your stomach (bloating), your bones or your teeth. It eats away at the enamel on your teeth and breaks down the calcium in your bones and the cartilage that cushions them, leading to an array of other problems. Switch to…

You look amazing! So happy for you! Great job and keep up the good work!

I feel what helps me a lot of times is a CROCK POT!!! lol You get a bunch of veggies and some meat and throw it in the pot, set it and forget it until you come home later. And you can seriously probably throw a shoe in there with some veggies and it'll turn out yummy. LMAO! No kidding. It's a life-saver a lot of times.…

It's weird for me, because if I have something to eat before bed, I'm STARVING when I wake up. But if I don't eat for a couple hours before bed, I'm not that hungry in the morning! lol
-
So maybe I'm making a bigger deal about this than I should... lol. I've always thought that what you eat before bed kind of "sticks to you..." Not true?
-
Just got home from work, exhausted, hungry, and ready for a nap! lol

I used to lllloooovvvveeee my Splenda. Then I started reading mixed feelings about it. The only time I ever used it was in my morning coffee and sometimes in cereal. I "weened" myself off of it, and realized that I really don't need it in my coffee anymore, and if I want something to sweeten my cereal with, I go for honey…
