WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY! Had a great week. I have a goal of getting to 10K steps each day, and finishing the day under points. It's not always something I achieve, but it's something that I aim for. I use my exercise calories for extra food. One of the days I did so much exercise that I ended up eating around 2,500 calories.…

I don't buy into the idea that it is harder to lose weight after 40... it is just the same.. it's calories in vs calories out no matter what age you are.

I can't eat things that are too sweet, makes me feel ill.. .and that was always the case, not only now.

yeah, I think that I must be... but I have been following the plan. Also, my first weigh in was just before my period and at the end of the day so I just assumed that added a couple of pounds.

Thanks everyone for your support. Honestly, I am so happy to be able to discuss this, and to have others that understand. Before I have always been on my own fighting this yoyo battle, but it is great to be in this group. Thank you for the support!!

Yes it is.. so I am hoping that this is the difference... I have been on this bender since Sunday... so I want to stop now.. tomorrow is a new day.

Actually, I think this is too much.. and maybe thats why I am going through this.. I have been following this plan, but not eating all of my exercise calories.. and maybe overestimating the calories in my meals when I am not too sure..

This is interesting ... thank you for the very detailed example. What I take from this is that I should be eating all my exercise calories, the weight will come off slower but I will be better off due to the increased lean mass and fat loss... sounds awesome, love my food and I am willing to burn a lot of calories to get…
