I'm at the gym there, they had a 6 month membership offer in Jan for £100 unlimited use so I took advantage. It's a lovely little gym and very friendly!

Hi Everyone, Been on here for some time and only just found out there is a group for Bristolians! I am a student based in Clifton, been hiding in the gym (member of centre for sport at UWE) all winter and now the sun is out I would like to find someone who wants to go for a jaunt around the downs... I am not 100% fit yet…

Yes, definitely me especially at the checkouts if my shopping is next to someone elses - mine is a sea of green veggies, cheeses and creams and meats next to someones boxes o sugar flakes and other flashy processed items.

For me it's : Mon: Gym (40 mins cardio, 30 resistance) Tues: Ride the horsey Weds: Gym (40 mins cardio, 30 resistance) Thurs: rest Fri: Ponytime again Saturday: be a huge pig and undo all the work from previous days Sunday: Take it out on the poor horsey/or the gym

It's taken me just shy of a year (11 months) to lose 39lbs. Seems like a very slow weight loss but I have PCOS so really not complaining ;)
