Hello all - I first logged on to this site a couple of days ago. I am 29 and looking to get fit rather than going for any major weight loss.
Does anyone else lack a set of scales in their house...?

    I don't have scales in the house, but I do go for a weigh in every 2-3 weeks on big scary public scales. D:
