Why should she have to cook two meals?! He is a grown man with a piss poor attitude! He should cook what he wants and stop behaving like a brat who thinks he is OWED everything!

He is acting like a spoiled child! And to that I suggest applying the rules I used with my boys: "I decide what is for the meal and when, You decide if you are going to eat or not!" You are not his mother! He is a big boy and if he doesn't like what you are making, he can make his own!

I am coming up on my 2 yr quit anniversary and I did it with Chantix and a big motivator! I couldn't have a surgery done until I did quit. There have been times I wanted to start up again but I am holding strong! If you are motivated enough to lose the weight you did, I am sure you can put your mind to quitting! Good…

I workout at home, so when I am on the treadmill, I have the TV on, but I find myself mentally going over things. This ranges from must-do's to want-to's.

Swimming is the most beneficial exercise! It is easy on the joints and uses all the muscle groups!

I do tend to get most of my carbs from veggies and fruits but I do crave the starches!

When I was at the end of my marriage, I would walk a couple hours a day, just to be away from the house. I dropped quite a bit of weight that way.
