I'm not fat but I still hate how I look! Being thin isn't always attractive either, I just want to be fit and in shape! I am more skinny fat than anything so basically I have a low weight but high body fat %...so untoned abs and legs..yuckk! I think we all struggle with our self image somtimes, we all have our days. :))

I usually have 1 or 2T a day. I love it on apples, bell peppers, celery and espeically %100 whole wheat tortillas.

I love Nutella <3 <3 <3 If that is not torture to put that on a weight loss site then I do not know what torture is. Now I will just have to make a few of these wonderful recipes although everything in moderation. :))

Diet soda makes me want candy for some reason but it has never given me a headache so that's really weird that some people struggle with that. I drink probably a glass a week or maybe two. It doesn't hydrate you like water will so if I want an alternative I make different sorts of sun teas.

I always here that it's true that people with higher weight loss goals loose more faster in the beggining. The reason I say that is because I always hear "The last 10 lbs is the hardest to loose!" with that said, people who are a bit heavier tend to consume more calories then a thin person, when they start eating lower…

Well I am for sure a girl so I would say guys should just wear a tee shirt and jeans. I'm very casual and it's uncomfortable when I show up in a loose summer dress and there in a suit or something.
