  • Haha! Run in place for 5 minutes and then you can have the whole glass :) It'll get easier. I've been on it for 10 days, and have really loved it so far.

  • I'm a Michigander here, as well! I've lived suburbs of Detroit my whole life - Westland, Wixom, and now Commerce. Winters are tough for exercise - although this past one, we actually were able to get out for walks during those "warm" spells!

  • Me too! I had one nearly 3 years ago (she'll actually be 3 on Thursday!!) and my second one was almost 17 months ago. Just started on this weight loss journey, so lots of friends/support from other momma's in the same sitatuion would be great!!
