I stick to a glass or 2 of wine. Or tequila, club soda, and a squeeze of lime. If I'm just having one drink I'll get a hard cider.

It's also quite possible that I'm over eating... but I'm really listening to my body and when I'm over on cals, I was hungry. I should also mention that I eat 300-500 extra cals a day for breastfeeding which probably contributes to my hunger somedays.

Not sure what Akima uses, but I use 1 tablespoon of butter or coconut oil, or a combination (1/2T and 1/2T). It always blends nice with the right amount of froth and doesn't feel oily or anything. You do not have to be hungry to lose weight, in fact you shouldn't. Although your diary isn't open, my guess is your food choices are the culprit. Enjoy more healthy fats and protein that will make you feel full longer. It's hard to give advice if we can't see what and how much you're eating. Good luck!

Look at your carbs, fat, and protein in percentages. So, say your carbs are at 40% - a decent goal would be 30% fat and 30% protein to offset your 40% carb.
