AIP Paleo

I'm starting AIP protocol due to an autoimmune issue. Reading up on everything I can but does anyone have any info on the breakdown of fats/protein/ carbs, percentages, that you should eat on Paleo? I'm trying to balance everything but haven't found anything in stone.

    I have been Paleo for 1.5 years and you really just have to find what works for you. With educating myself and gaining insight from a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (emilyschromm.com or superherounleashed.com) go to macros are typically 30% protein for everyone, then 15% carbs if you need to lose weight, up to about 25% carbs for more active athletes, even more if you're breastfeeding. The rest in healthy fats. I hope this helps, or at least gives you a starting point.

    Thanks! It does. I'm reading everything I can find I just feel like I'm eating so much in healthy fats.
