Fingers crossed for the Hufflepuff house. Looking at the other responses - the houses may be mostly filled, but this is an awesome set up for a challenge!

Congratulations! Sounds like all your hard work has paid off!

I do a variant of no-noodle lasagna. The food processor dices up the zucchinis and eggplant pretty well! Here's an example (but I don't pre-cook the veggies) http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/weight-watchers-no-noodle-vegetable-lasagna

Congratulations! You have every right to be proud! And I may be on a similarly timed couch to 5k plan. ;) Good to hear about you rocking it this morning!

That is fantastic! I'm working on the running too, except I'm up to a quarter mile so far. Very excited for you!

Wow! Diesel is the best word I can come up with at the moment. How thrilling to be on your grand adventure, very excited for you!

Two things- I don't ever want to fly fat again. And I committed to healthy eating and exercise. So even if I don't lose another pound (unlikely), I still have to eat healthy and exercise.

In addition to more veggies (cucumbers, tomatoes, green/red peppers and onions), I find that feta cheese, nuts and a fruit like grapes or chopped apples make the salad really special. Tend to make an olive oil/balsalmic dressing with salt, pepper and the tiniest pinch of sugar.

Congratulations! It took me a few months before the weight loss train started- in spite of healthy eating and exercise. Both good habits, bu it's thrilling when the numbers start moving! So excited for you!

"I enjoy the vodka more than food." fbmandy55 This is awesome! I like to snack binge while I do my schoolwork. Found that if I start a timer and do X minutes without snacking that can get me going on the assignment and I don't need the snack so much.

Definitely a victory! Good job!
