I decided to stop eating meat after i watched a movie about how animals are treated and i actually saw what goes on in a slaughter house. I cried like a baby and haven't eaten meat since. I love vegeterianism and wouldn't convertback for anythung. Im saving animals and I feel great inside:)

Soup is a yummy and healthy option, also try lean meats or fish with veggies, try to include coupons for things they both enjoy and you could even make fresh bread or muffins and let them store it in their freezer!

I don't have a recipie but I buy the boca flame grilled veggie burgers and they taste great and are low cal, also try the spicy black bean burger, its one of my favorites!

You have to pace your and ease into it! Try jogging 3 minutes than walking 5-6 minutes. Do this for a total of 20 minutes.
