1300 calories. I'm at around 136 right now and 5'1". I'm hoping to get down to 115 or 110 eventually.. seems to be taking me forever to lose weight, though. I had to stop going to the gym and haven't lost in a while. There's no way I can do the low carb thing, either..0

Don't give a **** about my BMI, only care about Body Fat Index. My BMI says I'm just out of the "obesity" range, but still overweight (which is true) but my body fat index says I'm just about to enter the "healthy" range.0 -
I'm at 1500 / 105ish / 5'3...okay, I'm 5'2 and a half.
I'm working on maintaining. I set my goals to be 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat so I typically just aim for those numbers and the calories usually end up just fine. I'm also trying to eat a little more so that's my secondary focus.0 -
