Level 2 day 4 done. But find I am loosing my motivation. I don't know if I am getting lazy or bored. 9 days until I go on holiday.

I am getting a bit bored of it but my motivation is my holiday on the 30th of October. Hoping to see some good results when I finish. Will have to think of something else to move on to.

Day 7 level1 of 2nd round done. I started shredding at end of August I think if I take a rest day I will never get started again.

So I finished the 30 day shred last week it took me 35 days. 11.6 lbs lost and 4 inches lost from waist 1.5 inches on thighs. I started it again as soon as I finished now on day 5 of level 1. I feel I need to get motivated to carry on. Here are my results from the first 30 days.

I know what you mean, i have lost 30lbs and not many people have said anything it really bothers me. But every day my husband gives me a kiss and says morning skinny :) he is my motivation.

I have read lots on here before i started so i expected to put on weight. i weigh once a week and after seven days on the shred i lost 3 pounds weight and 1 inch of my waist. however after second week i put on 2 pounds but have not measured but i do feel like i have lost…

I have heard of the pencil test for boobs but not bottom. I shall have to go and find me a pencil :)
