I normally manage to stay within my calories at the weekends, however I find if I go out drinking this is when I go over my calories by a lot! I joined Crossfit 3 months ago now and love it, I was also looking for fun workouts that were varied. I am overweight and a recent ex smoker and although classes are tough It is doable there are also lots of people at the same level as me.

Mine is a two parter, 1. i bought some new workout tights and had to get a size smaller than the last pair :-) 2. The reason i needed a new pair was that my current pair were falling apart due to over use! .. I dont think i have ever had gym stuff that had been used so much it feel apart especially not a good fitness brand…

When i first started i was hitting pause constantly .... now i manage to push through and if i do need to pause i do it in the water break and just give my self another 20 seconds or so to recover. Keep at it you will get better.
