I have the thigh/butt issue. My waist is slim, my butt/thighs not so much. I'm also only 5ft3ins so I look sooo out of proportion. However when I got measured last week I'd lost 1cm from my thigh... 1 cm! Its coming down.... slowly

I live in Scotland. Its either wet, cold, cold and wet, dark, snowing, snowing cold and dark, or really darm busy because its the Festival season in Edinburgh and the pavements are slammed with tourists. For me, if I dont drink water I end up really tired and unwell. Even if I drink half water and half juice I still end up a bit "fizzy" in the head. I just keep a 75cl bottle on my desk and aim to have to refil that every 40 - 60mins.

Thanks for the replys :-). My sodium has increased slightly over the past few days a I've been craving salty foods, it's something I have been aware of and have been trying to lower. I think I'll also try to increase my fibre as I didn't even think that could help!!

The way I see it, if this is pushing more "larger" people to get active and get to the gym then I fully support it, assuming the right supports are in place for their specific client base. I would hope that as part of that gym's service to their client, they will employ staff who have experience…
