From what I hear, a brisk walk is more than sufficient for health benefits, there are many risks to running such as joint pain and tendon inflammation that can hamper your goals. Start slow and be gradual.

Definitely this! Personally I feel that anger is a short term feeling with many ways to go wrong, Just focus on your habits and not on your scale. It will move, losing weight is math & science not fate. P.S. You are doing amazing already if you shed any faster you may get into sustainability issues.

If you use a vaporizer there is no burning smoke to inhale and there is no lingering odor. It can be expensive tool but well worth it. I think it matters what your definition of running is. When I first started the c25k It was a struggle to get to run 1minute/6KPH. My running speed now is a more like a jog and my best now is 25minutes/9.5KPH.

Maybe re-evaluate your basal metabolic rate (using the tools tab) and comparing that value to your caloric intake and try find your differences there. After losing 31 pounds I am sure there will be a significant difference .

First off I currently use a Fitbit and I find it useful in monitoring my activity levels as they vary quite drastically day to day. I have crohn's disease (similar to IBS)and I noticed that just as I am nearing the cooldown period I have the same stomach cramps & diarrhea as you describe. I end up cutting my run short and get myself back home. My GF suggested that I cut down on my speed and surprisingly it worked.

I am not a doctor, but I know that if you had a physical injury there is no pushing through it. Your body needs to heal. You can do something else while it heals such as some stretching, sit ups, light weight lifting.

Same here i weigh myself in the morning and in the night it helps me understand my "water weight". I only record the lowest number when I hit it and wait until i break that again to update my weight.

I did my W1D2 of the run and Im happy to say my shins didn't give me any issues while jogging, I hope ill be able to say that tonight 8).
