I use a Polar FT7. Love it. Just got one for my husband too. I also found mine on Amazon. The FT7 counts calories as well.

Don't get discouraged along the way. You will have ups and downs. You will hit plateaus. My husband lost 85 pounds and it took almost 2 years. It's a life style change of eating healthy and exercise. Keep up the good work and you will reach your goals. It's all about attitude and choices.

I wear contact lenses that I can leave in for a month!!! Love them. The only problem I have is I have dry eyes and sometimes have to change them out sooner than the 30 days because they got too dried out. But I think it is so worth it.

Have you ever tried Steel Cut Oats? I make a batch in the crock pot (takes 4 hours on low). Makes enough for a week. Reheats in micro for 2 minutes, I add fresh fruit and cinnamon.
