  • I was curious to find out more about T25 too!! I've heard a few people mention it recently so of course I turned to google to do my research haha. Found the beachbody website that introduces it: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/focus-t25-workout.do Seriously?! An intense full body workout in 25 minutes!…
  • Hey Heidi! I usually drink soy milk too, it made me ask myself whether almond or soy is better... I found this article has all the nutritional info! Apparently almond milk is healthier! http://www.prevention.com/whats-healthier-soy-milk-or-almond-milk
  • The insanity is a really awesome program if you're looking for an at home workout. You can burn up to 1000 calories in one workout, which is no where near other programs on the market. The instructor Shaun is such a good motivator and even when you want to quit he has a way of keeping you engaged. I'm 2 months into the…
  • Beachbody just keeps comin' out with one great program after another! I have YET to try body beast but based on these responses I'm considering purchasing it myself. Has anyone heard anything about the Insanity Asylum volume 2 coming out this fall? I know the asylum is a really intense workout and even professional…
  • I'd like to quit junk-food cold turkey! I always tell myself that just a few M&M's won't hurt but it adds up! My ultimate goal is to start eating much more health conscious.
  • For my butt and thighs I use the Brazil Butt workout by Beachbody. I was really thrilled with the results, my butt looks higher and is more firm, and my thighs aren’t flabby they got really defined. ( Plus they don’t touch anymore! ) The Brazil Butt Master Series is coming out this fall so I’m pretty excited to add that to…
  • I've used the Ultimate Reset Cleanse, which is made by Beachbody. I lost a few pounds and found that I had more energy throughout the day. It didn't mess up my digestion or anything like that either, no weird side effects. I would recommend trying that if you haven't already!
  • I have a friend who has been doing P90x for 2 weeks now, she has never been physically active but says this program she is able to keep with. I've already noticed some changes, her face already looks thinner! How is everyone else doing with P90x??
  • I actually wear Vibrams (the barefoot shoes) when I do TurboFire! However, it's probably the best to wear something designed for cross training or high impact. Saucony makes a really great high impact shoe (http://www.shoes.com/en-US/Product/EC1317355-5148074/Saucony/Black_Pink/Women%27s+Grid+Excursioni+TR6.aspx)
  • wow-- thank you for the honesty. I have heard some other negative things about the pills. I'll stay away, thanks!
  • This week I actually discovered Chic-fil-a has some awesome GF items!! When you're in the mood to be bad and have some fast food this is definitely a great option. They offer GRILLED chicken nuggets! Only 110 calories in a 6 piece-- and they were DELICIOUS! The waffle fries are gluten free as well, and most of the dipping…
  • I have heard wonders about Bee Pollen supplements as well. I would love to hear a real success story. So far I've only read the reviews from the companies online but you never can tell what is a genuine review anymore!
  • Try going gluten-free for two weeks and see how you feel. A friend of mine was having the same types of issues, she was in a lot of pain. She tried cutting out gluten and she feels great! A lot of people don't test positive for gluten allergies but they still can be intolerant. I've been going gluten-free just to see how…
  • I've been taking Body Pump classes for the past 3 years. I recently moved and now the closest gym offering the classes is 45 minutes away. I don't know about you guys, but that just seems like WAY too far to drive, especially when you're used to a 10 minute drive to the gym! I found out that Beachbody makes a Les Mills…
  • I absolutely LOVE Beachbody's Insanity Workout! It seriously is INSANE. I couldn't walk after my first day doing Insanity! Anyone else have that problem?
  • Here's my favorite recipe for home made hummus! 2 cups garbanzo beans, drained 1/3 cup tahini 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 pinch of paprika 2 pinches crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon salt 2 cloves garlic, halved 1 tablespoon of the liquid from canned roasted red peppers (instead of olive oil-- adds some flavor) Hope you all enjoy it!
  • I have seen great results from Kettle Bells. Maybe you aren't using enough weight? I started with 5 and quickly moved to 15bs. It is important that you are using enough weight-- that may be your problem. Good luck!
  • That is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Talk about motivation and inspiration! Unbelievable that she is 76!!
  • Hi everyone! JinksE21-Congrats on losing almost 20 lbs! That itself is a great accomplishment! You should be very proud, stay positive. If you stay as positive as possible and tell yourself you CAN lose the rest of the weight then you WILL. Think of how far you've come, keep going-- you CAN do anything you set your mind…
