  • Hi debbieann Well done you on the smoking .......i too gave up on 1st August 2008 after 25 years Its a feat in itself superb.......so you can prob do anything now .....think of it that way You and i are both on day one .........we will do it if we want to !!
  • Hi Brand new to this Ladies your fitness levels are great .......im goin to try and stick to the 30 mins of activity 5 times a week. I dont remember the last time i did exercise ha ha anyway lets see how it goes between now and Valentines(ps maybe i will find a new man by then) Take care xx
  • Hi Im new but i think it will be to do with ur overall weight and the larger you are at the start the more you will be able to eat..........so 1900 calories may be ideal for your weight now but as time goes by that will reduce and eventually get closer to the 1200..........but on the average if u lower to 1500 eventually u…
