Just wanted to say hi and am looking forward to taking this journey with you all.

My goal is simple 1lb for 40 weeks...........and to get a lot fitter


The picture that will no doubt appear in due time was taken on 7th December 2007 at my
work Xmas nite...i hope to take a similar picture and post it here on 7th December 2008 (all
being well,.....you never know when you could get run over by a bus).......which will hopefully be
a new me ......lets see how it goes

Anyway the stats are large ha ha

To you all i wish a super 2008 and the start of a new you
