Before I weighed myself, I did have something salty for lunch.. Also, I drink 12-15 cups of water everyday.. Thank you.. I will use your advice and starting taking more measurements.. The last time I weighted myself it was Nov 2014.. It wasn't the same scale at all.. The scale Inused for the last weigh in was at the doctor office..

I am leaning more to P90x3 because it will be a challenge and it's in a decent time frame..I don't have the time to do a hour or more workout...

If you believe I have an attitude, that's your opinion. I do not appreciate someone replying to my thread with "lol" or starting drama.... I would not do that to anyone else.. If I can offer advice, I would do it a courteous way. Like the famous phrase " if you do not have anything nice to say, don't say it at all". I made…

My instructor has me doing some pilates movements with resistance bands and dumb bells.. So my question now: "Is Pilates even worth to do then?" I would hate that I am spending money on something that won't help me out at all..
-
I have resistance bands that I used to use from Gold's Gym.. I did it for 2 months and I saw no difference so, I took it as I need focus on burning the fat off with cardio

Plus, I had advice from a professional trainer and he states you can use those programs until your body is used to it and then go on to something else.. If you don't have any advice tips or encouragement, I appreciate that you do not…

Wow!! I love that analogy... Maybe I was hoping to see all the fat to get smaller little by little till I get to my ultimate goal. It's just hard to see other parts of your body getting smaller and smaller and other parts are not.. Thank you!! I needed to read that

Thanks everyone!! I found a substitute for heavy cream. It can be skim milk [how much you need] (no soy or almond milk or etc.) with 2 tablespoons of butter (melted && cooled off). Slowly whisking the butter with the milk. I read people have huge success with it. I will try it out before his birthday. Also, I read I could…

Thanks Ladies! I was wondering if I could replace all the milk. I usually use evaporated milk ( I can only tolerate that type of cow milk) or get half and half to make the Alfredo sauce. I am trying to make it as close to being authentic for him.

It is worth the journey! But starving yourself is not going to make you believe it is worth it! If you have to up your calorie intake, do it! If you don't, choose food with lots of protein and fiber to keep you fuller during the day. Keep on fighting! Becoming healthy is a great step!

Thank you everyone!! Anyone tried Amazing Grass Amazing Meal products.. It has 13 grams of protein with 6 grams of fiber.. It also has whole grain it in.. I'm very interested in it.

Could I mix it in almond milk? I'm lactose intolerant!
