Healthy Alfredo Recipes Anyone?

I found a substitute for heavy cream. It can be skim milk [how much you need] (no soy or almond milk or etc.) with 2 tablespoons of butter (melted && cooled off). Slowly whisking the butter with the milk. I read people have huge success with it. I will try it out before his birthday. Also, I read I could use half & half too.
