  • Thank you,i am doing cycling,just wanted to do a little more.But i will try some of the suggestions above. When at home,i rarely sit down,almost just with dinner.The rest of the time i am cleaning,or preparing food.Then bath and to bed.
  • Any other ideas to burn some more calories while doing chores?

  • Pot roast with spare rib sauce,sausage, mixed pasta, mixed veggies for me and tomato cucumber salad for the men in my family.And also nesquick for them as a beverage.
  • Had cycling training last night,but skipped it to make dinner in my new snappy chef casserole. I just loved it and the pot roast came out very nice. And i did not feel guilty for skipping training.
  • I am so excited.Going to buy myself a copper chef casserole today.It has a steamer and frying chips adapter.Now i can through out my old steamer.Thumbs up for new and exciting dishes.
  • Between 70-75.It came down a lot since i have started cycling.Then it was between 90-100.I do have a very high heart rate.

  • Yes me too. I always do all the dinners etc. But most of the times,just because i had to.Now i am starting to try out different things.

  • I also did my week's lunches yesterday.For the whole family.I was very relaxing.Also made some flap jacks for the first time,and they came out very nice.
  • It was really nice.I took some left over meat from the BBQ,cooked some potatoes,a few cups of frozen vegetables and instant soup powder to thicken it.I will really do it again.And it did not take very long to prepare.And the best part,it is all mine.The guys in my family do not eat soup :smile:

  • Son and daughter. Both of them finished school already.But my son is still living with us.
  • Earlier in the i did an XC cycling race.My husband was very embarrassed by my riding. Yesterday did the course again and he was very pleased by my progress,my technical skills and handling of the bike increased. And i did not push once.It is a beginner course but still improved.
  • i try to vary my husband lunch so that each day is something different sandwich with various fillings chicken strips meat pies pasta salad toasted cheese sandwich egg muffins meat balls boiled eggs
  • After 2 weeks he is finally getting better now.Still have to feed him 5 times a day,to get his condition back.

  • So sorry to hear.Our baby is very sick now.We think it is Parvo virus.Already lost 2 other puppies with that.My heart still hurts for them.
  • Did 10 hill intervals yesterday. With basically the same speed until the end.
  • School,grade 10. We were in the same class. 32 year later,married 26 of them. My best friend and mentor. Have done a lot of crazy and fun things together :D

  • I am from Namibia.On the moment it is fairly safe to ride.But safety is becoming worse.The roads that we can ride women alone,is getting less.Even for men.Cyclists have been mugged ,attacked and beaten even on our main roads,which is very busy.Luckily i ride with my husband and son,they are always not to far from me and i…

  • Went to the ocean this weekend.Did a test of the xc track,2 laps.(It was a bit much for me).But afterwards we went riding along the sea shore and the next day i rode along the xc track,taking pictures of the participants,which included my husband and son.It was so relaxing and having fun.

  • I got my cadence up to 80 yesterday.SO impressed with myself.Our coach started with some new training yesterday,and it was just awesome.
