Eating Back Step Calories
Good morning I have set my activity level to be Sedentary with no exercises. Then I walk 10 000 steps per day. Do I eat back some of the calories or not? If I do, what percentage do I eat back? On this moment sometimes I eat back maximum about 50 of the calories earned. Is it too much or too little? Thanks in advance

I have only learned about re-comp on MPF a few weeks ago. And have been trying to loose weight for a long time. Only increased my cycling and walking. Did not do any other exercises. Found this photo on Facebook exactly 2 years before. My weight is almost the same.

Gaining weight with excerice.
Why do i gain weight in the week?The only difference is,i am excercising during the week and not on weekends.I eat between 800-900 cal per day.On weekdays i do bicycle for 200cal and do only 6 minutes of mild streching.Then i try to walk between 100-150cal a day. Is it because of the excersice???????
