Women 45-50 Weight plateu

Hi. I am 46 year old women.I eat mostly 1200cal per day.I ride bicycle at least 3 times a week for about 40 minutes.Walk at least 7000 steps a day.I am stuck on 54kg.I have reduced my suger for the last month about half.Now I want to also start reducing my carbs.I eat a lot of red meat .(I am from Namibia, Windhoek)It also help in reducing the carbs.My only thing which I have trouble leaving ,is a 330ml of coke.That is the only treat I give myself,once a day.I am much fitter than I was in my 20's.My goal weight is 52kg.Any suggestions or women who have the same problem?
