I have only learned about re-comp on MPF a few weeks ago. And have been trying to loose weight for a long time. Only increased my cycling and walking. Did not do any other exercises. Found this photo on Facebook exactly 2 years before. My weight is almost the same.![dbdnx0gehzgf.jpg](https://us.v-cdn.net/5021879/uploads/editor/za/dbdnx0gehzgf.jpg)

True re-comp is pretty difficult if not non-existent.
If you have been eating at a caloric deficit for 2 years you would have lost weight. At least you've found your maintenance calories, which is the amount you've been eating the past two years. Decrease that by 20% and you'll lose weight. I'd recommend some strength training too, even if only modest.3
