I normally pack lunch for me and my husband. Yesterday ,he ate everything before and we bought something for him for lunch. Normally I would also take a meat pie AND still eat my packed lunch also. But I declined and only ate my packed lunch.

I was also thinking I did not make any progress. And did not have a before photo to compare. Last week I found a photo of exactly 2 years back. And the difference is huge. I am actually the same weight, but I have a lot of "rolls" and now there is only 1 still left. I am glad to find the photo, now I really know I have…

What percentage of your cycling do you eat back?

I also have a wahoo kickr indoor trainer, that one I also feel the calories as very accurate. But when riding out side, i do not have power meter. Then it seems too high. Well at least I know it is not off too much. I will check if I can not use it like that.

How do you track your weekly calories on the phone? Do you need premium for that? My wahoo elemnt and garmin 520 give very much different calories and then I do not know how much I can eat back. Any suggestions percentage wise how much?

Can you see the difference, or am I just been optimistic? Also will it be a good idea to start "re-comp". Building some muscle because I am…

I am also in the same boat. I am turning 49 this year. Also is training hard and try to eat below. Cycling to be precise. I can feel the muscles starting in my legs and upper arms. They do not show much yet. And only lost 1kg in 2 months. I only want to loose about 3kg still. Been struggling. :'(

I also had one on my foot. It was there for about 5 years and lately just got bigger and bigger. Got it removed surgically in October. Within 3 weeks I could wear my sneakers again. The foot still swell up some times, after 2 and half months, if I walk a lot. But do not have any pain.
