  • I'm down 22lbs right now! I should hit at least 25lbs by Christmas but not sure I'll hit 30- but I'm okay with that! Sw: 245 Cw: 223 Gw: 180
  • Sw: 245 Cw: 225 Gw: 180 Down 20lbs! Not sure I will hit 30 by Christmas but I should come close!
  • So slow but two lbs in two weeks. Sw 245 Cw: 228 Gw: 180
  • Sw: 245 Cw: 230.0 Gw: 180 Lost 2.5lbs in two weeks. Slow moving but still going in the right direction! Haven't worked out too much the last couple weeks but started upping that again a couple days ago. I have an ambitious goal of 3lbs in 10 days to hit my diet bet!
  • Lost 2lbs this week! Only made it to the gym three times but was under my calorie goal every day! Sw: 245 Cw: 232.4 Gw: 180
  • I don't follow ketogenic, but low carb/moderate protein and fat. My body loves to hold on to carbs too!
  • Sw 145 Cw 134.6 Gw 180 I didn't hit my diet bet goal but I was on point for my diet. Worked out 4x this week.
  • I always have a big glass of water filled somewhere near me. If it's filled up, I don't think about it as much and just grab it to drink it. I especially do this in the evening so I don't boredom eat. I'm also focusing more on lifting weights and doing body weight exercises than being a cardio queen (although I do…
  • SW: 245 CW: 237.2 GW: 180 Lost exactly 1lb this week. Less than I wanted but hope I can lose 2.3lbs this week because my diet bet ends next Saturday!
  • I weigh myself every day! Even if I'm down .2 lbs, I update! I don't preplan my calls but I eat very similarly every day so I do kind of know where I'll be at. I like eating more calories earlier in the day so I'm more satisfied and ding have to worry about eating too much later in the evening.
  • Down 1.2 lbs. disappointed it's not more but I have my head up because it's still going in the right direction!
  • I've been incorporating intervals, either through running/walking or hill intervals. These are supposed to burn calories for longer after you stop working out!
  • I've removed process white products and sugar. Trying to stick to real foods, including protein in each meal, and staying just under my calorie goal. I'm working out 4-5 times a week, either cardio intervals or circuit training. I'm also in dietbet for additional accountability!

  • My diet has been fantastic, avoiding the junk food at work and parties. Workouts are going to be tough due to super hectic week but I plan on getting there twice during the week and then on the weekend both days.
  • I want and need to lose weight! I have let 50lbs add on after having kids. I'm 34 and even though overweight, im pretty healthy. But I know that won't last long and I want to be around for my kids. I want to be able to shop at stores easily instead of going to plus size stores. And I want my knees to stop hurting! I want…
  • My plan has been clean eating, keeping my carb percentages around 20-30%. I workout: cardio, circuit, day off. Keeps me from getting overwhelmed with the start of school (I'm a teacher.) MFP has helped keep me on track! I also joined a dietbet game.
  • Most days I don't eat my exercise calories but if it was a particularly tough workout and I'm really hungry, I'll eat some of them with a healthy snack (Apple and pb or some more protein at dinner).
  • Love to join you! I'm 238 (lost 7 pounds sunce starting a couple weeks ago) and my goal is to get to 180. I have a personal goal of 30 by New Years!
  • I just joined this group today and looking forward to the motivation and support! I finished Level 1, Day 8 today (after missing three days in a row!). My endurance was down slightly from day 7, but my knees felt a lot better after taking a break. I also go on a two mile power walk on most mornings. I start back to school…
  • I heard this as well. Sounds like a lot of water!
  • You look great! You can really tell in your face and your mid section!
  • I just finished day 4 level 1 of the shred. It was torturous for the first three days but today I felt like I was actually able to complete about 95% of it without wimping out. I asked my friend that's a personal trainer who also did this (she is super buff now!) about taking a day off and she said yes, definitely take a…
