  • I've made this a few times, baked the patties at 350 for 20 minutes last night, rather than grilling. The dressing stinks, but actually tastes really good. http://www.rachaelraymag.com/recipe/grilled-thai-turkey-salad/
  • I've got to have my morning mocha fix too! It's part of the morning ritual.
  • Wild caught Salmon. I always feel refreshed the day after eating salmon for dinner.
  • My friend sent me this recipe...and I loved it. It was good for lunch the next day too! http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/clean-eating-nut-crusted-baked-chicken-recipe/
  • usually leftovers from the night before, particularly since I have a problem with portion control. When I get feel the need for new ideas I buy a Clean Eating Magazine, it has a two week clean eating plan and I often get good ideas out of it. For example my favorite recipe from them: two hardboiled egg-whites (chopped),…
  • My goals tend to be activity related, i fell off the wagon over the winter, just wanting to curl up and snuggle with my dogs and loved ones on the couch in those cold winter nights watching TV. But now...I'm going kayaking for the first time this summer, and I don't know how strenuous this activity is going to be, but I…
  • I've been happy with Brown Rice cakes, they are crumbly but have a better texture and flavor than original rice cakes. I top it with peanut butter, or today, my co-worker brought in a Jalapeno Greek Yogurt dip that was a delicious spread for it.

  • - lay out your workout clothes the night before (as previously mentioned) - commit to 3 days a week to start. I tried the "get up every morning" and just gave up, even though I knew that if I stuck to it, it would become habit. I found that it's a lot easier to get up early every other day even though I'm pretty sure…
  • raisins and orange juice also have good bit of potassium.
  • I started it this week too! But only did it once, was super sore on day two, so just did a cardio DVD and then took advantage of 2 sunny days in Washington and got outside. =D I'm wondering....do you guys do the 30-day shred multiple days in a row? I knew that after day one, some movement and stretching would help work out…

  • I have the same problem! I have excess amounts of protein and fiber. I'm curious to see peoples responses as well.
  • I made this Halibut Burrito Casserole from Clean Eating Magazine and it was a hit in the household. I used Cod rather than Halibut (due to the budget) and even topped it with some low-fat sour cream, and extra salsa of course! http://www.livestrong.com/recipes/halibut-black-bean-burrito-casserole-clean-eating-magazine/
