Yes, I am also struggling with baby weight after my 2 kids were born...this website has been a great support for me...I'm now 11lbs lighter and losing more and more.....

I also have 1200 limit a day and so far so good....make me excercise so I can eat a little more every day! I weighed 206lbs at the beginning of this journey 7 weeks ago and her I am now out of the 200s and weighing 195lbs!!! I feels great and this website is a great support. I'm in! Yesterday I burnt 398 calories and today I burnt 448 for a total of 846 calories....WHOA, 3500 may be a little hard but I will give it a shot. Calories left to burn until Sunday night is 2654.

Thats the thing....I'm ALWAYS under my calorie goal except for maybe twice in the last 5 weeks. And I'm under by alot...like yesterday I was under by about 300 calories!!!!!

Mine is chips and a big fat juicy burger!!!! I thought it would be Coke but I've gone 5 weeks without even touching it and surprisingly dont even miss it!! But chips and burger cravings are still there....oh and movie theatre nachos and cheese....MMMMMM!!!

Try drinking hot water....I know it sounds weird but it seems to help according to some of my friends....seems to melt some excess fat away....hmmm, maybe I'll have one now.

Thanks! I've just added you..... Its set my daily calorie intake at 1200 calories....and so far I went over once but about 60 cal or so. Other than that I've been slightly below....I'm weighing myself on Mondays so lets see....cross my fingers...
