If my goal was a BMI of 18.5 I'd be 5'9" and 125 lbs. I'd look awful. Just saying I figured out what the least I could weigh and be healthy was and that is the calculation. Not going there. Actually I have been that thin before and don't choose to do that anymore. I would say I was not so healthy.

Something change in my hormones that said "eat" I think. Now I am eating and working out and that works better than dieting and thinking about food all the time. Havng alot of fun too. I didn't use to want to eat really now I think about food alot but I am also exercising alot so hopefully I can balance this out?

Truth? I practiced what I preached. A No added salt diet. First ten pounds were effortless after I decided to keep my sodium consumption under 2000 mg per day. Then I exercised for every calorie over 1200 I ate.

This is a hard one. Food is not your friend. I was skinny then got too skinny and started eating. Ate alot, got the hang of it. Food tastes great then. You get sick. lol. Okay lets stop this.

You should see your doctor and talk to him about it. I have a bad knee that started burning, cracking and popping in my 20s and now sometimes it outright hurts like arthritis. Strep throat ect can cause arthritis. Mine hurts a tad now but could be alot worse. Somehow a bacterial infection can become an autoimmune problem.…

Hi. No I didn't create this group I just found an empty titled page and wrote on it. Whoever proposed this group disappeared. olidays began when I baked the pumpkin and my it was a big pumpkin so I have a refrigerator full of pumpkin soup (51 calories per cup) and pumpkin puree. It was a big pumpkin!

My recommended body fat percentage goes as low as 23% and I am at 31% now.

I am 5'9" and plan to go to at least 145 because I have a 5.5" inch wrist and my normal weight is maybe 140 lbs.
