Your story sounds like mine. Lost 40 in 2012 with MFP. Gained it back plus some. Had biometrics done—complete eye opener. Then cancer cut into my plans times two in 2017. Back to health and ready to get my whole life back. Have more than 40 to lose, but it’s a start :)

I’ve gained 30 pounds in the last year—side effect of chemotherapy screwing with my stomach lining. Diagnosed stage 2 breast cancer last July, now a year later, 16 rounds of chemo, mastectomy and reconstruction—no evidence of disease. I’m down almost 20 lbs since Feb. Hope to lose 5+ for July. Had a setback on Veterans Day when I crashed my bike and mangled my knee. Haven't bren able to get a decent workout in. I don't thing I've gained anything, but haven't lost either. I will post an update to the spreadsheet as soon as I can!

Yesterday I rode 11.97 miles toward my 300 for this challenge. I plan another 10-15 miles today.

A finish in the middle of the pack is way better than where you were finishing a year ago. Be proud! Your biggest competition is with yourself. Congratulations, though! Cycling is a great sport and an awesome way to lose weight and keep fit!

THAT is fantastic! Congratulations! I ordered a dress for a wedding in November--a size I expected to have to work my butt off to fit into, and when it arrived, it was loose. It may not even fit when the wedding comes around! Great problem to have :)

Hi, I am Anna from Georgia. My plan for the next 100 days is to 1) reach my goal weight of 150 and 2) ride my bike another 300 miles. I also plan to start training for a half marathon in Jacksonville, FL in February. Good luck to everyone with their goals!
