    Thur: 72 min walk
    Fri: 32 min jog/walk + 45 min stretch and flex= 77 min
    Sat: 41 min walk
    Sun: 23 min walk

    Total: 433 mins (Walking: 328, Cardio/Class: 0, Strength/flexibility: 105, Swimming: 0)

    I'm happy enough with that. I did miss my strength training, but I took a rest week while mollycoddling my poor wee knees. :o)

    Thur: 97 min walk + 30 min Gym/cardio + 5 min leg weights = 132 min
    Fri: 46 min walk + 45 min stretch and flex= 91 min
    Sat: 45 min Zumba + 15 min gym/cardio + 5 min leg weights + 41 min walk = 106 min
    Sun: 50 min walk

    Total: 471 mins (Walking: 326, Cardio/Class: 90, Strength/flexibility:55 , Swimming: 0)

    Overall I’m very happy with that nice active week. When it’s all written down it somehow seems more real. :o)
    Missed strength training again due to problems scheduling new PT, but all set for this week.
    No swimming as Sunday is my swimming day and I had to work.
