Since today is the first day I decided to weight myself again this morning so I have an accurate start weight for the challenge. I will then probably weigh myself every Monday.

Hi there... I'd like to join. I'm 15 pounds away from my goal weight and although I'd like to reach it before then it's been slowwwwwwwww. And 15 pounds in 10 weeks when you're close to goal is even harder but I'll give it a shot!

I hate posting on both but dont want anyone to miss out... hopefully everyone can get to the group soon...
Ok guys day 2!
1. Drink 8 cups of water (water will be almost an everyday thing... its that important guys! and it will be going up in cups soon...)
2. Early morning stretch(or if you work nights...then whenever you wake up) Spend 5-10 min stretching before you get your day started... its a good way to relax yourself
3. 5 min workout (on youtube search) 5 Minute Easy Workout - Low impact Cardio Exercises for Beginners - low Impact cardio
