SO IVE WANTED TO JOIN A GROUP FOR DAYS NOW AND I ALWAYS SEEM TO BE TOO LATE TO GET INTO IT SO I THOUGHT I'D MAKE MY OWN...

I WOULD LIKE THIS GROUP TO HELP EVERYONE STAY MOTIVATED, HELP GO THAT EXTRA STEP, HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS, VENT THEIR CHALLENGES(IN WEIGHT LOSS), AND SO ON

STARTING DATE: MONDAY 6-25-18
END DATE: 9-3-18

THE GOAL IS TO LOSE 15 POUNDS BY 9-3-18 BUT YOU CAN STILL JOIN IF YOU WANT TO LOSE LESS(YOU NEVER KNOW YOU MIGHT JUST END UP LOSING MORE)

I WILL POST DAILY CHALLENGES THE DAY BEFORE... THEY WILL BE SIMPLE BUT HELPFUL AND WILL GET MORE DIFFICULT AS WE GO ON

I WILL KEEP A SPREAD SHEET AND GIVE WEEKLY UPDATES

WHEN POSTING YOUR WEIGHT AND CHALLENGE RESULTS POST THEM ON THIS THREAD(OR ANY OTHER COMMENTS OR SUGGESTIONS)

PLEASE HAVE CW AND GW POSTED BY MONDAY...
I WILL INCLUDE WHOEVER WANTS TO JOIN UP TO THE FIRST WEIGH IN...WHICH WILL BE MONDAY JULY 2nd...
WEIGH INS WILL BE EVERY MONDAY

    I'm in. I needed a boost, and besides the end date is my birthday 😁 I wanted to lose more by then but have been struggling.
